For over a decade, Maheka’s journey with MCAN (Move for Cancer Awareness) has been one of faith, resilience, and relentless dedication. What began as one woman’s promise to make cancer care more accessible has evolved into a movement of hope and humanity. Over the past 13 years, MCAN has raised an astounding ₹16.12 crore in support of underprivileged cancer patients at Tata Memorial Hospital—turning empathy into enduring impact.

The night radiated warmth and purpose. Friends, family, and well-wishers gathered around Maheka, each bringing a part of their heart to the cause. Exquisite artworks, fine jewelry, sculptures, carpets, collectibles, and dream getaways graced the auction floor—not as mere luxury, but as symbols of solidarity and love. Every piece told a story. Adding his signature wit and charisma, Karan Johar returned for the third consecutive year as host, infusing the evening with energy, humor, and heart. His magnetic presence inspired the room to give generously—transforming compassion into something tangible, powerful, and profoundly human.

The night reached its crescendo with the unveiling of Maheka’s couture collection, “Crimson Veil: Wearing Sindoor, Weaving Light”—a breathtaking ode to strength, elegance, and resilience. Two special honors crowned the celebration—The Crimson Heart Award for the highest bidder and The Crimson Star Awards for the best-dressed man and woman—each reflecting grace, generosity, and triumph: The Veil of Victory.
