In this unlikely event that your order has reached you in a bad condition, if at all – whether damaged or defective, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. You must email us at email@example.com about any damaged items in your shipment alongwith the original packaging.
You may return the garment unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
However, once received, Maheka Mirpuri’s customer care team will review the garment and based on their sole discretion the exchange will be made possible, if required.

You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of www.mahekamirpuri.com
A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
